Our Christmas Party
We had a brilliant day! We made party hats in the morning and enjoyed party games and food in the afternoon. It was all topped off with a visit from Santa.
Reading with mums and dads in school
A big thank you to all the mums and dada who came into school to share books with all the children in reception. There was real excitement and enjoyment.
Nursery dressed up for World book day!
The whole school dressed up for World Book day today. We looked at lots of books, joined in with a quiz in the hall with the rest of the school and enjoyed a book themed lunch. Friends from year 3 came to read with us and they took us on a book hunt around school!

Planting seeds
In RE we have been looking at stories Jesus told, called Parables. This is the Parable of the Sower. The children re-told the story and they planted a sunflower seed each.
Visit from Lancaster City Council recycling team
We had a great time learning about recycling our rubbish and why it is so important.
Police Officer and Van visit
We had a fantastic time learning about how the police help us.
Superhero Day
We made masks and either a cape or a shield when we celebrated together on our Superhero Day. Then we went flying through the sky! Can you recognise us behind our masks?
Enjoying drama.
We had a fantastic session with Ali from Pyjama Drama this morning. We had to help the Gruffalo when he had toothache.
