In preparation for writing our story next week, we took part in a virtual children’s author workshop with Mikey Please. He told us all about the process of writing a children’s book and showed us lots of his illustrations. It was interesting to see the different stages it takes to write and illustrate a story. We had a go at following the different steps to draw one of the characters.
