Everyone at Scotforth St Paul's plays their part in making our school a success from the experienced and talented staff to super pupils, supportive parents and committed governing body.
Our creative curriculum makes learning fun. We have a broad and balanced curriculum in which we love music, drama, art and sport as much as the more traditionally academic subjects. The practical and engaging way the children are taught ensures that they build on previous learning, make links across subjects and become immersed in their own learning. One fantastic by-product of this is that our assessment results are consistently above the national average. The exciting teaching creates a fantastic learning environment and fosters brilliant attitudes towards independent learning, which again, ensures the children learn, grow and care as they develop educationally, emotionally and spiritually. We aim to enable our children to thrive in 21st Century Britain being secure as the unique person they are, and confident in what they can offer the world.
Our Christian foundation is very important to us at Scotforth, which means that every member of the school is valued, loved and cared for as a member of God's family. This also means that we welcome people of all faiths or none at all as part of our integrated British society. We hope you enjoy browsing our website and that it gives you a flavour of what our school is all about. Please take a look at our school blog - this gives a true flavour of our approach to teaching and learning.
If you would like to come and visit us we would be very pleased to see you - just contact the office staff (Mrs Malin and Mrs Pearce) to make an appointment on 01524 65379 and I look forward to meeting you and your child/ren.
