Mathematical Sunbathing
Today was such a nice day, we decided to have a sunbathe...a maths sunbathe. We have learned about parallel and perpendicular lines this morning so we were using that knowledge whilst sunbathing!
Ancient Egyptian workshop

Pollination in Year 3
Today in Science in Year 3 we have been learning about how insects help to pollinate flowers and create seeds and new plants.
Using paint or cheesy wotsits as pollen we were bees, moving from flower to flower. Our sticky fingers left a trail showing us the movement of the pollen grains.

Year 3 Science - Exploring what soil is made of
This afternoon, Year 3 were finding out what was in soil. We filled a bottle with a soil sample and water and shook it. We then made observations of what we could see. We will check again next week to see if it has changed.
