Authors visit school
Authors Matt Brown and Claire Barker visited school today.
Ice-skating extravaganza!
Twenty children from Year 5 and 6 enjoyed an amazing day of ice-skating, singing and art, organised by "Lancaster on Ice" and led by Laura Sandham. In the morning we had expert tuition from professional skater and coach, David. By the end of the session, most of us were able to skate backwards, forwards, stop, turn and take part in a group routine. We also enjoyed a singing workshop after lunch and finished with a creative art session before returning to school.
