As part of our history work on WW2, we have been investigating the experiences of children who were evacuated from the big cities to the countryside in September 1939. We took on the roles, and the real-life stories of evacuees, and shared them with the rest of our class. We rated the different evacuees’ experiences from -3 to +3.
