Today we have been designing our characters, writing the plot, and practising our stop-motion animation skills in groups. Within our groups, we each had an important job- controlling Noah, controlling the raindrops, controlling the animals, and camera-person!
We found what we did well within our group and also the things that made it more challenging e.g. when the iPads fell down, changing the angle of the backgrounds in the photographs. We found solutions to overcome these problems such as using heavy objects to securely fix the position of the iPads and whiteboard backgrounds.
I think we are certainly ready for filming the real deal next week- keep your eyes peeled for Year 2's own version of... Noah's Ark- The Animals Went in Two by Two!
