On Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th July, Year 6 performed their Shakespeare production, a modern retelling of The Tempest complete with music, songs and dance (as well as acting!).  We had been working very hard over the last few weeks, practising and making costumes and scenery.  The show was a great success and every child did brilliantly.  Everyone who came seemed to really enjoy it and we had lots of comments about how well the children all did, how well they all worked together as a team and how much they all seemed to enjoy it.  As well as the wonderful singers and actors, we could not have done it without the children backstage, helping with the music, scene changes and curtains in between their time on stage!  Hopefully these pictures give a good sense of the fun we had.  Well done everyone.  We could not be prouder of you!  Mrs Redmayne and Miss Huddleston.
