In our geography lessons we have been looking at the UK and our local area.

After a very warm walk to Williamson’s Park, we did some sketch drawings from the Ashton Memorial and spoke about human and physical features of Lancaster.
We then had a walk around Friend’s Garden and had our lunch.
After this, we had some very delicious and well deserved ice creams and a play on the park!
After a long day of finding shade and water bottle re-fills we headed back to school, with plenty of rest breaks on the way back!

We will now be using OS maps to map the walk we did and talk about physical and human features we saw on the way.
