Last week, Year 6 had a very busy week, preparing for the Christmas Fair. They were split into six groups and each loaned £15 by SCOT4ALL. Each group had to work as a team to design and make items to sell at the fair with the aim of making a profit to be given back to SCOT4ALL.
Each group had a project manager, a resources manager, an advertiser, a quality controller and an accountant (who had to keep track of their group’s spending using an Excel spreadsheet). Every team did brilliantly, not only in terms of the products they made and sold, but the way they worked in their team, showing lots of resilience and co-operation. As a class, they made a profit of over £125. Well done Year 6!
