Year 3 and 4 Netball Tournament
On Tuesday 15th May, we entered three teams of Year 3 and 4 children in the inter-schools netball tournament at Moorside School. We played really enthusiastically and with a great sporting attitude. In the girls' competition we played really well and came a creditable 4th. In the boys' competition…

Year 1 reading their Non-fiction books to Reception
Year 1 made their own Non-fiction books about plants. We researched and found some interesting facts looking at the features of plants and what they need to grow. We even made our own glossaries!!!

Year 5 had a super afternoon at the University of Cumbria, learning about healthy lifestyles and enjoying a range of sporting activities.
Easter Fun
This week we have enjoyed celebrating Easter! We went to the Easter bonnet parade to show the rest of the school our bonnets. We showed everyone our decorated eggs and then had an egg rolling competition. We have such kind children so they shared their eggs to make sure everyone had one to roll…
