The children who have received their purple bands had a treat last Friday. They met Rosie the reading dog, had an ice lolly or sweets and listened to a story about a reading dog. 

The Art Club leaders organised a colourful clothes day to raise money for art resources in schools around the world that do not have them. The money raised will be sent to UNICEF and for every £135 raised, one art box will be sent to a school in need.

At lunchtime a group of Y6 children have volunteered to run an Art club for Y1 and Y2 children. Look out for photos of other things the children have made.

Well done to the indoor athletics team who competed on Friday night. We came second !! They all represented the school brilliantly and supported each other.
