Lancaster City FC
Thank you to Lancaster City Football Club for the free tickets a few weeks ago. The game had a very exciting ending and the Dolly Blues won 1 - 0. They also brought activity booklets for the children across school.

Oh Christmas tree!
Thank you to the SCOT4ALL team who helped decorate the Christmas tree with the lovely decorations the children made on Friday last week. Also, a big thanks to the Long, Tall Plumber, who made sure our very big tree stood up straight and safely.
NISCU puppet Worship
Sarah led the NISCU puppet Worship on Monday afternoon. They told us about Emmanuel - God with us and sang some great songs. Thank you NISCU.

Girls’ Football Tournament
Well done to all the girls who braved the cold on Thursday and represented the school in the tournament. All of the girls did amazingly well by supporting each other and showing fantastic sportsmanship.

Mad Science Assembly
We found out about sound waves and how they travel today in our Mad Science Assembly. It was fun, exciting and at times hot, hot, hot. After Christmas we are hoping to run a Mad Science Club in school on a Friday. Look out for the flyer for this if your child is interested.

Eco group help the community clean-up
Our newly formed Eco group for the year went out this afternoon with Mrs Ventress to help our local councillor Abi Mills and a group of volunteers. There task was to clear some of the litter and leaves which have been collecting on the streets around school.
